EDUCATIONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SEMINARS

Our CEO, Dr Harjeev Rai, completed his research for his master’s in medical education at the University of Cambridge in 2021 on wellbeing.

Since the completion of his research, he has worked with clients to deliver high-quality educational seminars in the workplace. Using mobile apps, the educational seminars are interactive and engaging for the whole workforce. The aims of the seminars include:

  • Health promotion
  • Education about health and fitness
  • How to be vigilant about signs and symptoms and when to seek help
  • Cancer screening
  • Heart disease prevention
  • Obesity and diabetes awareness
  • Blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes screening on-site
  • Mental health and the power of mindfulness

We aim to empower employees to better self-regulate themselves through active engagement in their health to achieve a greater level of resiliency.

We have translated the research into a web tool which maps the research by asking the user over 50 questions to gain a detailed understanding of their habits that influence their state of wellbeing. The system then formulates a wellbeing report which will identify areas that require attention. The advice is detailed and supported by useful signage, positing if the user requires more help and guidance. This tool allows an organisation to offer wellbeing solutions to the entire workforce at scale by either sitting in their intranet under a white-label agreement or as a third-party service directly from us.
