As part of Dr. Rai’s Master’s research at the University of Cambridge, he reviewed evidence from over 4,000 international publications. He concluded that the evidence could be categorised into the following domains

  • NUTRITION
  • EXERCISE
  • SLEEP HYGIENE
  • CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS
  • SUBSTANCE ABUSE
  • MENTAL HEALTH
  • SOCIO-ECONOMICS
