CIPD Annual Conference, Manchester 9th and 10th November 2016.

A huge thanks to those who visited us at the CIPD Annual Conference in Manchester last week. Our SMaRT Absence Management software was well received amongst HR Managers. An important distinction brought between our software and other providers was that we provide a management plan for HR Mangers once the software has given the sickness data.  Our software is fully supported by our Occupational Health team. We were also very surprised to find that HR managers have found the quality of Occupational Health reports highly variable and often lack clear direction.
